I agree with Lily, if people are born naked why not do the same with armor stands? they deserve to be born the same way their player overlords. |
Posted 10 years ago About /up, there's an update underway for PlotMe-Core that makes sure you can only use it on plots that you are added to. Shouldn't take long before it is released. :) |

What I mean is if you were going to use /summon for armour stands for, I don't know a jumpscare, there reall would be no point. Also did you read my post about the armour stands (updated). Thanks Pat, for the info too!

Posted 10 years ago If I were to make it possible to spawn armor stands with custom poses and everything, there's still the issue of making them despawn. What if summoned entities are removed after x seconds which could be anything between 1 and say 60 seconds? |
Posted 10 years ago It would be annoying having them despawn, but the entity removal really helps with lag. :/ EDIT: Normal armour stands don't despawn, then how will the summoned ones? |
Posted 10 years ago Could you clarify in what situations spawning permanent entities with a command block is useful when you can spawn them manually? I'm just curious, if they are used as part of a jumpscare then it would make sense to remove them afterwards. |
Posted 10 years ago I guess they can be removed afterwards. If you watch of the video I posted you can see what I would like added. Maybe using a /summon command instead of the command blocks to spawn pernament ones. I have made my suggestions more clear:
