Just a mute for joking about SUICIDE?! Why is it that for advertising people get banned, yet for joking about this, they just get muted?

Because advertisers only come to the server to steal players and cause damage.

Warnings and temporary mutes give a player a chance to improve their behavior, which most of them do.
