I have been muted for a week because of 'cussing at YellowFluff101 for a horrid hotel'. Well first of all I didn't mean it any offensive way just as a joke as he did it to me earlier if you look in the chat I said 'hey fluff come look at my hotel' then he said 'its shit' and left. I am sincerely sorry if I caused any problems but please revoke this mute I honestly didn't mean any harm. Please forgive me if I caused any feelings being hurt (YellowFluff101) but we are friends and I didn't mean to insult him.

I felt that what toxic said meant no offense nor did i take any offense. Infact, if you look at the screenshot i smiled after he said it and greeted him perfectly normally. Pat, you said yourself that rule 16 could only be punishable if it was taken as offense from the victim. As well as the fact that toxic did not meant it to be offensive i think it is pretty clear that toxic should be unmuted.
