Stefano and I are pissed off at Khaled copying our builds! It is so bloody annoying! He won't stop! We have told him to stop, but nothing happens. When Stefano and I come on to Sneyersul after school, Khaled most likely has another one of our builds on his plot! He won't remove what he has obviously copied! Khaled has been copying us since the beginning of the year! In our opinion Khaled should be punished!

Please provide proof so that we are able to investigate this further.

Khaled's plots with the structures are: 40;35 and 42;35 (Its really high up)

These structures were copied before rule #17 was implemented. While it might have been immoral to copy them, it was not against the rules. 

Nevertheless, Khaled agreed to modify the structures in the fourth screenshot with different materials to make them more unique.

I wouldn't say changing the colours of something is modifiying it... I would say its more of customising the same thing. If Khaled would change 40% of the shape instead of 40% of the colour it would be fine with me.

I can understand that you're not happy with it, but what Khaled did wasn't against the rules when this happened. I can't implement a rule and punish a player for breaking that rule in the past.
