3.My Friend Creeper_Dude172 made the hacked item gave it to me while the admin took it away and banned me when Creeper_Dude172 created the hacked item.

Your ban has been changed into a warning. Keep in mind, though, that having a hacked item in your inventory is against the rules whether the item was given to you or not.
