I was on the creative server then all of a sudden, it kept on repeating restarting. idk whats goin on

Managed to narrow it down to a specific player joining just before each crash/restart. It turns out a certain someone had WorldEdited a whole plot with pressure plates. The plot has been cleared, the player has received a warning and pressure plates have been blacklisted in WorldEdit.
