Sebow18 was making racist comments and calling others racist names. He did this more than once, I just captured one time in the screenshot. It happened 10/20/2013 at approxementally 5:45 PM eastern. This happened in the chat, and I was at spawn at the time. The people who wittnessed it is in the screenshot. Thanks.
