Savannah hasnt been online recently becuase her minecraft isnt allowing her to. She cant log in and her minechat also doesn't allow it. Savannah and I beleive that she probably got hacked. She emailed mojang and they still havnt responded. So this is why she has not been online

Have you tried recovering your password? Emailing mojang probably won't do much help, they'll just run you through the instructions needed for you to manually reset your password, which already exists.

I can't even log in to do that soooo not very helpful for me, but yeah that's one of the most common responses that I've gotten from people.

Savannah, I got hacked before, when you open up Minecraft, does it say something like this? You have already logged in with 1 account, you may use it to skip this. If yes, there is a 99.9 % chance that you got hacked.

It doesn't but I checked the website and it said that a lot of times if you are hacked your user/password will come up invalid. Why u ask? I have no clue. I dunno what to do about it really but I will say that YES EMAILING THEM HELPS!! One time I emailed them and they fixed an issue on their end (which was the FIRST time this happened{Yes this has happened before})
