Player scruffysheep was using hacks to throw items faster than normal cuasing AN EXTREME amount of lag problems for me and everyone else i dont know IF its allowed but someone tell him to calm down cuz he does that everytime

I'll just go ahead and block eye of ender since that item can be potentially harmful. If anyone thinks they should still be allowed, please say so.

They can still be used in dispensers, I've just disabled "throwing" them.
