I think that if a VIP JrAdmin Admin or Owner comes and see your plot and they like it you can get a rank that lets you do some VIP stuff but not all, like /nick or /kick and /ban. i don't know if you wood do so but i think its a good idea, by the way, a asked this to a JrAmin and he said "No, but its a good idea, you should post it on the Forums so here i am >:D

Personally I really don't like to "grade" people's plots and decide if they are worthy of a special rank or not. We've thought about adding a Builder rank in the past, but we decided to keep things simple and that's what we're going to continue doing. By the way, VIP's can't use /kick or /ban. Would be crazy if they could, haha. :)

Hah, cant say I wouldnt love the commands, tons of people get on my nerves daily -.- But you're right, grading people on their abilities to build isnt such a great thing to go by. Plus if you allowed us VIPs that... That would just be pure chaos. XD
