Me and my freind were skyping each other and looking at the spawn heads of the staff. We noticed theres only 1 female staff, maybe 2 im not very sure. But the rest are all boys. Its sorta sad because so many girls play minecraft, and boys get opped more. If you want more girl staff could you comment?

I think that for the next maybe couple Junior Mod Recruits, it should be girls only, just so it's a little more fair. Just my opinion! :)

It just so happened that the best candidates at the time were male minecraft players. Take into account that most of the staff joined the very first server (Hunger games). Then when we needed more staff we ended up taking the 2 people with the best applications and staff capabilities, that being Rocktheman (Jein), and Nyehwweh (Cieara) which happened to be a female. It is not like we choose male staff just because they are male. It is all about capabilities.
