There has been a SWAT team in sneyersul and they have decided to Stalk me on my redstone stuff and shoot arrowns on my plot and that most annoys me... Keep asking me what my stuff does even Though it does nothing beacause it's not finished yet. Really annoys me as much as nerds united.

You could always use /plot deny if someone annoys you. (Assuming you have bought it for salami). As for the arrows, I can only help you if you post screenshots.
