You've been unbanned for now. Next time someone harassess you on the server, don't start shooting a bunch of arrows on them or break other rules. Go talk to a staff member instead and we'll sort things out.

Me and bearstudios were PvPing then he came up killed us and took our stuff. Now when ever we spawn he kilss us

That's not really against the rules. If you want to PvP without anybody interrupting you can use /salami to get access to /plot deny.
