We're experiencing some issues with lot loading and general .player file issues, if you have a lot or anything on the server as of the 1.0.8 update then everything will be saved and in place. This seems like a game bug and will be fixed soon. If you lose anything please report it, and if a large amount of lots are lost then I will consider restarting the world, this time with better server settings.
