I know what a pulser is. I did not know if this would be considered one. I know how to make it "turn on" and such. People that post should know about what they are posting. No need to tell us stuff that we know. Please.

Yup, this works as a pulser when you put a minecart on it. I've removed it and warned the player responsible, thank you.
