Firstly, let us clarify what exactly "amnesty" is http://www.bing.com/search?q=amnesty

But if that doesn't clarify it for you, it means that the government that in which is the authority over you will pardon all of their citizens for minor crimes. (e.g. parking tickets, late fees to pay something, minor violations, etc.) 

So with that said, what my proposal is for Sneyersul is that Sneyersul would pardon all crimes of their citizens. For instance, bans, warns, even kicks, also the record of any minor offence committed by the player (Forgive & Forget). The outcome of all of this done is that there is a clean slate for everyone to start out. That will make it better for everyone to have a mindset of a new start so that they will not continue making crimes. I know what you're all thinking, I made this forum post because everyone knows I am one of the most hated people on the server for what I have done in the past. That is false; I'm making this for the following reasons. 

-Amnesty has never occurred before, and it would be great to get a clean slate every once in a while.

-People have changed (I included) and for that reason, there should be a Forgive & Forget event so that they have a second chance.

-Sneyersul has a lot of banned people I'm sure; I know that no one can see that list publicly because that can be embarrassing. But if the whole ban list got cleared, then those people could come back and learn from their mistake, or go back to doing what they did. It is a 50/50 chance taken, but again this is something that has never happened before, and it wouldn't hurt to try just to see the outcome of it. 

I know Sneyersul has had a decline in the player amount, and there needs to be a solution. So this is a win-win for both Sneyersul and the players considering that when this happens, the banned players could come back and possibly bring more people they met while banned.

Agreed. I think this should happen. If they happen to break any more rules, it can easily be fixed. I love this idea, Even though I'm not banned.

I honestly don't see this happening. Why would we even need to clear everyone's warns or the banlist? If players want to be unbanned then they can appeal on the forums. That's what they're made for. It even tells you how when banned I believe. I don't see the point in this happening.

Well, sometimes players don't really care whether they're unbanned or not. However, sometimes players do not know how to or are not able to, appeal for their ban to be removed. With a server-wide amnesty, it's a POSSIBILITY--key word here--POSSIBILITY, something that hasn't been tried yet and if it is there's a statistical chance of an increase in player regularity. So, instead of asking "Why?" We need to be asking "Why not?"
