I have gone through some plots and i see that the staff are able to build over their plot. I think its not fair to other people that the staff can do what ever they want. I have Big Pixel art i build and i cant even build them all because they are too big. I think we should be able to connect 4 plots together to make 1 big one.

ONE reason we do not to this is because players tend to clear their plots or be offline long enough for them to reset. This causes random blocks/ buildings to be in the road since the only the plots are reset. I honestly think the plots are big enough as they are. You can use your imagination and pretend theyre connected.

Why dont we just give it to people that have been on for a while like me

Having random plots merged together looks bad and then people would complain. We have tried this before and it doesnt work so get over it kiddo.

Seniority doesn't have to be fair, it should be a gift of our faithfulness and commitment. It's like a benefit you get for being dedicated, and if the newbies want that they should consider that they're well, newbies, and to get the benefits you have to be commited, otherwise like Chloe said they could leave the server unannounced and it's a big problem. I've noticed people joining the server recently and immediately leaving after about a minute. But people who have been here, oh I don't know maybe a year and have good qualifying reasons to do this should be able to obtain the benefit. We have a problem with popularity, I won't say my opinion why, but this could be a reason to new people "Hey! This server allows you up to 10 whole plots*, and you can take 4 of them to make one big one, how cool?!" Because I'm willing to bet, that no other Creative Plot server does that for their citizens.

*If they buy them with Salami or VIP (correct me if I'm wrong)

You could even add a time-based reward system.

Like if you were on for a month you get four plots(11 for VIP players). And the 3rd month you would get 15 salami.

Other servers do have this, for every hour you played you got 10 "marbles" (their currency) I would suggest that this gets put under consideration.
