1. I don't know why he was banned.

Why can't they make an appeal themselves?

Then why make a ban appeal for him? If he's not even going to come on then you shouldn't bother with trying to get him unbanned.

Well he could try and join again anytime and see if he has been un banned. I would also like to talk to him again.
