Having screenshots would help greatly. Having witnesses doesn't exactly increase your credibility as you could have got them to just say it (I'm not at all saying you have). Unfortunately, it makes punishing the player a lot harder without sufficient evidence.

I'm just stating that without screenshots, it makes it harder for the staff to find out if it was true or not. I'm sure they will be able to go through the logs and check, however.

You press f2 to take a screenshot. Then you go find the screenshot in your %appdata%/.minecraft/screenshots

You drag it into http://imgur.com/ and voila, uploaded! 

then you link that here. 

Or you could use a program that takes and uploads the screenshot for you. Then you can link that here. 

Its easy enough for me. Only reasons I can think of why it wouldn't be easy would be if you're either lazy or a slow learner
