I was in game and a person named Zombieromero joins. He told me tp so I did. He showed me enchanted grass, and then gave me an enchatned bow. I noticed that this bow was hacked (or something not allowed.) It had really high enchant levels. Screenchot down there \/  Around 8:30 im not sure what plot though.

Well, atleast you've actually sorted it. I'd rather wait and make sure the ban's not injust, rather than wait 12 hours for a player to punished when they've actually done nothing wrong.
