I know that it's not acceptable to be having people be banned or muted left and right by staff, it actually would perfectly explain why since 2013 we've had numbers of players drop rather increase. So I wisely suggest that something be done with staff and their privelages of being able to mute/ban with such ease. Using democratic government, there could be some kind of order here with rightful justice instead of impulsive punishment.
