Cross-Server Whispering
Posted 9 years ago Sometimes I feel lazier than a bag of rocks and I don't feel like switching from the survival server to the creative server to talk to someone. I was wondering if it would be possible to add a plug-in that allowed Cross-Server Whispering. Like, if you wanted to talk to someone who wasn't on the same server, you could do the same command /whisper (name) (message) and it would be sent to them across the server. Buh-Bye! 1 like |
Posted 9 years ago I'm almost certain that there aren't even different server worlds, only visible differences (e.g. "S." and "C."). I'm assuming that it's only different worlds. I'm sure this could be arranged with a little Sneyersul magic.

Posted 9 years ago Nope. The hub, creative, survival and skyblock are each their own server. They're just linked together with BungeeCord, a server proxy. I discussed this suggestion in-game with AwesomeSlopps a while ago. It would be a bit tricky to implement due to the fact that each server has a local ignore list. Finding out whether a player has ignored another player on the proxy level is possible, but a bit tedious and I won't get into that unless there's a high demand for it. 1 like |

I see what you mean by tedious, as details would be needed. I'm sure you will figure something to enable this though, you always do, Pat.

Posted 9 years ago Think about it. This is a way to easily talk to other people on a survival server without getting hurt. I see players exploiting/abusing this.
