1. I was called a "fucktard" by a staff member, and I seriously take offense to this.

2. It happened approximately 9:45 PM CST.

3. It happened on the survival server in chat.

This is an offense that isn't tollerated and should be treated accordingly.

Looking through the chat logs, it's clear that you kept pushing your completely invalid point about staff abuse, while making claims that my response was fabricated by Chloe or a different staff member. If I was constantly accused of these things I'd probably get sick of it quicker than she did.

The fact you continue to Witch Hunt staff is driving me up a wall. I wouldn't blame Chloe for calling you this, as you have deliberately antagonized and insulted staff members in the past, and in most cases could run down to being offensive.

wyattjacob1 against Chloe, in this post and in the previous. Just a speculation though.

In the rules, it clearly states I am entitled to pressing charges because of an incident of foul language occuring. I refer to Rule # 10b, which says "The person sworn at decides whether they are offended or not"
