Okay, so me and ~Berry (ScaryBerryBlue) are trying to make a deal, but there was an error, in the screenshot I have posted you see an option is available as For sale or Auctionned: http://i.imgur.com/WnTCH69.png

The problem is, me and ScaryBerryBlue are not able to make the deal of giving me her shop (-1;1) when she tries to do /p sell because she gets an error! I have made a deal to her for $30,000.74 so we need to have someones help who has the authority to complete this task.
