There's a plot connected 4 times that seems to be a mini-map, but we all can't move sometimes. We seem to be denied but I can't figure it out. Many others are trying to figure this out. Please give clues as to what this is.

Oh, and for the record, no it's not spawn.

It might be some staff plots joined together, but the owner(s) of the plot(s) might not want people on it(them) cx
