/p time cycle : cycles through the daylight cycle on a plot.

I suggested No AI mobs a while back and I want to know if that is going to happen.

I think the /p time cycle could be kinda cool...maybe cause you might have something that redstone daylight sensor stuff that changes de-oh screw this, it's just cool
