I know, I know, some people just want and need and ask for a lot of things, but here's this proposal:

1. Why are so many plots by Spawn nice? Well. That is because Spawn should be something that new players should get the server's first impression from. So my proposal is: Why are most of the really nice plots by spawn /p denied all ? ? ? If new players want an idea for what kind of people we are we should be openly expressive, sure there are exceptions, even I do this temporarily at Lumiere Resort for construction. But sometimes I think its obsessive, some kind of ruling/jurishdiction of this please?

2. About plots being nice looking... Well Ahem this should explain, you know "Pictures are worth a thousand words" http://i.imgur.com/75fJCrc.png so look carefully. My plot (LEFT {Mystic Gardens & Caverns})  (MIDDLE {A Gaping Flippin' Hole ^_^}) (RIGHT {Spawn}) OKAY here's the thing. NO! I dont want to micromanage or look up to a staff team that does, I just want to make the community look well, ahem, full ;) not with holes missing. So anything that can be done about that I think would be best for everyone.

I just wanted to add, I liked Zezzes plots better than a lot of other peoples xP.

If you ask me if a plot near spawn has nothing on it or little on it, it might be a WIP I'd say give it a few days and if nothing changes move it somewhere else. Oh and those /p deny * plots near spawn are EXTREMELY annoying.

There is a post that clarifies the difference between what plots are taken and which are not. I'm currently working on a project away from spawn that will be moved to my spot. There are two I think up for grabs, along with a couple other builds being moved to the front.
