Pulser? When you throw an item into the hopper a redstone lamp flickers on and off until the items from the hopper I believe go into a chest, im not added to the plot I was just looking around. (Its Richards plot(aross from spawn)) However not sure who MADE it. Thank you for your time.

It only seems to turn on once, so I wouldn't say that this is a pulser.

I guess since its a hopper it depends on how many items you put in, I put in 64 and it flickered a few times for me.
