Posted 9 years ago Thanks for the suggestion! This is possible with the disguise plugin that we're using, though it has both advantages and disadvantages. On one hand, if you are disguised and in first person view, the mob you're disguised as will block quite a large part of your view and stop you from placing or breaking blocks below you. It'll look something like this; On the other hand, it looks pretty cool in third person view and maybe it isn't that important to be able to build while you are disguised. If anyone agrees or disagrees with having disguises visible to oneself, please leave a reply and we'll go with the option that the majority agrees on. :) |
Posted 9 years ago Lol I think it would be cool! After all everybody just uses disguises to mess around I don't really think seeing your mob in first person would be that much of an issue :D NOVA! |
Posted 9 years ago Many mobs aren't able to fly. And flying is an important part of building in creative. And besides, who builds disguised as a chicken anyway? I agree!

Posted 9 years ago The only issue I have with it is that I go around as an ocelot most of the time
then again thats just me plus it's a small mob. idk what my point was. Anyhow, I'm all for it, sounds like an excellent idea! wot. 1 like |
Posted 9 years ago Looks like the majority agrees with this idea, then! Sadly this functionality appears to be broken in the latest version of LibsDisguises. :/ I'll keep an eye out and enable it as soon as it's working correctly. |
Posted 9 years ago Hopefully, that will be soon. I really like this idea. 1 like |
Posted 9 years ago Enabling this now. :] Edit: Never mind, it works on the development server but not on creative. Sigh, will have to do more testing to figure this out. |
