Weird Glitch That May Need to be Fixed. Woot Wierd Caps Lol /setnick without VIP

Yeah, his VIP membership expired back in January, before I had set up the nickname system properly. That's why he could still change his nickname. I've fixed it now though, thanks for reporting it. :)
