I suggest adding to both Creative and Survival CustomEnchants

Why? you may ask because it makes pvp on but survival and creative more intense if both people have a custom enchant

Exmaples of enchants this plugin adds:Lifesteal,Gooey,IceAspect,and ect

Edit: When someone needs to add a enchant to a weapon or whatever they do /ce menu

This would be a nice addition to the creative server. On survival, there should be some sort of cost to these enchantments. A certain enchantment level and perhaps an extra item? Emerald or Diamond or gold or iron perhaps? Depending on the enchantment.

On survival its extremely hard to get these enchants but of course they would have to not allow players or vipsto use /ce menu  ,oh and pat if your reading this and you plan on adding this you should make it a bit easier to get these enchants just a little bit because its insanely hard to get these

Thanks for the suggestion! I don't think we'll add this, however. Mainly because we're trying to keep PvP as vanilla as possible, but also because it would probably lead to balancing issues.
