I was banned for being 'disrespectful to staff members and players'.

I was banned approximately 2 months ago.

I should be unbanned because I have reflected on my mistakes and I believe I am ready to return. I am greatful to ExcintorVita (If that's still their name) for banning me, as I deserved it, a lot. I have matured a lot, and think I am ready to return as I stated before.

Here's the lowdown.

We've, in the past, given you multiple chances through and through to clean up your act when it comes to both players and us (Staff.) I've tried to come to a means of compromise with you not one, twice; but three times 

I can't post warns given that they are of staff-eyes only and if you (Toxic) would like to see them, contact me via skype.

As far as thing goes; I will leave this for staff discussion and we'll come to a conclusion soon.

Okay, I really do appreciate that you are considering this. I also realise that I have made some sincere and unremovable mistakes, but I have matured and I am willing to start afresh.

I would really appreciate it if I get an answer, as it will allow me to start sorting things out on other severs that I am staff/play on. I know it seems impatient, but I would really love an answer ASAP.

I will accept the ban appeal under the following conditions:

ANY RULE excessively broken (3 warnings, no more no less.) Will result in immediate ban with no second chances. This is your one and only shot.

This period of warning will last until the end of the year; December 31st, 11:59 PM EST.
