No, it is not. Cats are carnivores. Those wet cat food in tins contain meat which could consist of fish. 

As far i as I know, the only meats that are farmed are, Chicken (any other bird meat falls under this category as I do not the collective noun) Beef, Mutton, Fish and Pork.
