I havent been banned but can you be more specific on what a pulser is like a Timer or clock because My friend made a pulser and my plot got cleared. :( (Its fine Now!) and less poeple would get banned because some people dont know what pulsers are! -bothomas44

The one on the left is what we call a pulser and the one on the right is what we call looped redstone. There are more ways to create these, and any redstone contraption that is pulsing or constantly being looped is not allowed.

I was about to ask the same question. So anything that makes redstone runs endlessly?
