Today (26th February, 2015, Thursday, Around 6:30 - 6:50 pm) Sunset_Traveller (Rachel) was abusing staff permissions and breaking rules.

nammannam was banned for an hour, according to rach, for disobeying rules.

nammannam was using w/e to fill a plot in with water and she was telling him to stop. She said it was server lag when nammannam and I weren't lagging. She was the one who was obviously lagging. But then blaming him as server lag. He stopped and then she said "one more time and I'll ban you". Then, nam was banned.  I was the only one who witnessed it. I was saying she was a little harsh and that wasn't really a good enough reason to ban him because she did say it after he had stopped. A little later, lily  (squigglysmaug) joined in. Both calling me assholes. Which I find offensive. Which is 1 Rule broken. Also saying that I suck at maths, which I find offensive as well. 2 Rules broken. Then lily said, that I should stop having a stick up my ass. Offensive again. And she was being rude. They were both being smart alacs. (I have screenshots) Seriously if this is not going to be dealt with, that is so stupid. And also I heard that one of them changed a DEFAULT PLAYER'S name to a nickname, which is not allowed in the rules. You know which rules they have broken, indeed you have. If this is not dealt with it won't turn out very pleasant. Btw I would like if another staff member saw this, nt those two.

So you report her for doing her job? She said to me and I quote;

" i tell him to stop filling his plot in dirt because it was lagging shit and so he does it with water and i banned him for an hour"

I stepped in because you started arguing with her over her doing her job by stopping him from lagging players and possibly crashing the server. I wasn't around to see if i got lag due to I was watching anime.

Yeah we broke (mainly I) Rules, so what? you did as well. I said that you had a stick stuck up your ass because it seemed like it with your attitude. You amoung many other people on that server cannot take jokes. Who cares if you suck at maths, I'm sure a lot of people do. If you had that much of a problem with me somewhat sticking up for my friend, why'd you continue snapping back? You know if had of mentally ignored us you wouldnt of gotten introuble yourself. yet we could of muted or even banned you for drama which is allowed seeing I know most staff are done with drama from players and so on. I dont see how nicknaming players for a bit is bad? Like I came on earlier to find a VIP with the nickname "DICKMUNCHER" which was apparently given by Zyk. So us naming them with a less inappropriate name is bad now?. This all wouldn't of happened if you hadn't of started arguing with her.

No offence Charlotte but you were just as bad as us whether you were swearing or not. I'm leaving the rest in the hands of Jake to deal with. I thought I'd just defend Rachel and I. :).

1. It was actually one hour that he was banned like i told you multiple times even though you denied it which was a little weird considering he came on an hour later? o.O
2. i told him to stop multiple times and i was nice about it to start with and i wouldn't have had to ban him if he hadn't done it multiple times

5. Mitch has had history of crashing the server and i was doing my job trying to prevent what has previously happened

im not gonna start arguing on the forums, but thats the only apparent rule we broke aswell and mitch has had a history for crashing the server so i was only doing my job, honestly just leave it, hes back now

Breaking this down: If by some off chance a staff member intervenes with your activities and asks you to stop. You stop. If by some off chance you or your friend is banned, do not proceed to insult anyone EVEN staff. You're making the matter worse. The ban was indeed an hour. Logs confirm so (can post when I get home from work) As per Rach and Lily receiving punishment, it will be handled accordingly. Have you any reason to discuss this again it should be with me, pat, or another staff member EXCLUDING Lily and Rach

If we wanted to consult Jake or Pat, how do we do so? Other than posting on the forums.
