NathanB456 has stolen designs of Tanks, Helicopters and vehicles off youtubers and did not give them credit, one of them would be a friend of mine, who has a tutorial youtube channel, xxtiggisxx, and I am really pissed off. I know it isn't really in the rules but If someone can do Something about it, that would be nice, here are some screenshots of NathanB456's Vehicles that he stole.

There are rules that the staff enforce that isn't in the /rules.

Such as pulsers and exploiting of glitches.

To be honest I don't find anything wrong about copying builds from a YouTube video. Isn't the whole point of uploading videos for the world to see to inspire others? Anyway, there's no rule against this so reporting it isn't necessary.

I get that it's annoying, but it's also unreasonable for staff members to try and catch those who copy others. There's no telling who made the build first, or if the (original) builders had copied it from somewhere else in the first place.

You should take it as a compliment that your builds are so impressive that others want to recreate them on their own plots. :)

I suppose it is a bit difficult to track down the original builder, but saying that "You should take it as a compliment" is ignorant. It's the equivalent of saying you should feel good over someone disregarding your hard work. Maybe i'm just overthinking this, but it all boils down to copying isn't a compliment.

Different people have different points of views. For example, the creators of Game of Thrones view the massive piracy of their series as a compliment. The same goes for some smaller artists, though I don't have any specific source for that.

I can't exactly speak from personal experience since I hardly build anything and thus never had the (mis-)fortune of having my builds copied. I don't know if I would take it as a compliment, and I didn't mean to say that you have to either. What I do know is that reporting it on the forums is  a waste of time for everyone involved.

Heck, our whole survival spawn town consists of buildings found on youtube!
