I found this Pulser on Nate453's plot and I think CJBowser built it because he is the only one on that plot with redstone in his hand here is a screenshot of the pulser

Looks like it was Hex615, he/she has been banned. CJBowser only removed a part of the pulser and then fixed it again, which I don't think is a bannable offence. Thanks a lot for reporting this!
