I'll keep this as brief as possible (No I won't that's a total lie.)

It's come to my attention that there has been an uproar in player harassment at and around the holiday season. Lord only knows why, but it's here, and it's rearing it's ugly head in. I'm going to state this now:

HARASSMENT IS NOT ALLOWED.

That goes for everyone! NO one is going to get a free pass or a warning on this. You harass people, you're getting either muted or booted. Have some common sense, stop being a pud-pop, and grow up.

ANY Verbal statements for a player or staff member to take their own life on the server will result in an immediate perma-ban. Don't screw with me about this, I don't even care if you're kidding. You're subject to plead your appeal but if the victim knows you weren't kidding; don't expect to come back anytime soon.

I've seen individual staff members be targeted through skype. It goes without saying that this level of harassment is generally outlined at only staff, but if there comes a case where a player or staff member is harassing another staff member. It will go into investigation on the incident and will reach a conclusion of punishment or not.

This subject will be open to discussion, any and all messages that do not pertain to the discussion or attempt to derail it will be resulted in a deletion of post and a warning.

No pointing fingers, either.

This is horrible! Who would do such an awful thing?

Would threatening or constantly bugging someone when they've asked you to stop be counted as harrassment?

Don't know who locked my thread but keep it unlocked. I'm serious.

Constant bugging is one thing that can easily be ignored. If someone is threatening you, please feel free to let us know. If you know it's not life-endangering you can still let us know just understand the actions taken will not be as severe.

This might be off-topic. But. This is one of the reasons I think Jake is the best staff member the server has.

Also, that bolded part is implying that if a player/staff member harasses a staff member, the punishment would be more severe that if a player/staff member harasses another player

Forgive me if I'm wrong , I think you should changed the 'harassing another staff member' on line 12 into 'harassing another player/staff member'.

Here's the issue;

Staff are an underlined part of the server due to the circumstance that they are the setting ground for the foundation (e.g. the community.) 

Without the staff, it's hard to maintain a foundation on uneven ground.

I can understand the fact that a player is going to be harassed and there will be precautions to be taken, but as staff we all work together and precise measures will be taken to assess the situation, just like players.

The matter of how they are handled are different, but they are indefinately the same in every sense.
