Until a few days ago! "Slow" pulsers are allowed now, meaning anything that turns on less than 20 times per 10 seconds is allowed. ;)

Are we sure that's a good idea o_o Someone might make like fifteen of them on each of their three plots o_o

We'll keep track of things and see how it goes. If redstone starts using too many resources, we'll simply lower the limit until things run smoothly again.
