3:He should be unbanned because he didnt think he was griefong because his friend ,the owner of the plot, Glowinguy , Allowed him to do what he did, i hope Captain_Andrew1 gets unbanned and thank you for reading this ( i did this cause he doesnt have an account on the forums btw)

He has to make his own apeal.

and he WAS griefing, the only reason his friend said what he did was because he didn't want Captain banned.

Belive me flare, if you saw the grief you would agree with me, he deserves the ban
