I suggest something that indicates on your forums if Pat has read this forum or not. This makes sure that we know that even if he hasn't posted on the forum, we know he has read it and our post has not been in vain. This doesn't have to be on all forum posts. Just the ones Pat might find useful. Like the suggestion box, player reports. Ban appeals or support.
