My name is ExtinctorVita, I am here today to discuss the "United Factions Counsel"

Such like the United Nations. One represenative is  placed in charge of discussing foreign matters with other countries, whether it be conflicts or trade distributions.

This counsel will have 10 seats starting. I will be head of chair.

I wanted to do this since Sneyersul has organizations spreading about constantly now. Please feel free to participate. :)

Alligence (moreso, peaceful or war-driven?): OH NO. It depends on the faction. If we're talking about, say, Oshawatt/Josh's faction, then wardriven. But the factions led by Tayls, Inara, Jacob, etc. would be peaceful.
