3. I had read the rules from the old spawn and not the new which i didnt know building a repetitive noteblock was against the rules. I dont greif plots

also is a pulser a noteblock that repeats over and over?

PULSER: Repeated redstone.

A note block is under the "redstone" category, and if it repeats over and over again it would be a pulser :L

You could have always done /rules.

I'll revoke your ban snce it's clear that you did not intend to harm the server in any way. Have fun on the server and remember to read through the rules next time you join to avoid a future ban.
