The music could be a server's theme song. Which can have something to do with servers.

What Mr Schnitzel is saying is that topics in the general discussion are allowed to contain practically anything as long as the content doesn't break any server rules. That is why he unlocked the topic. Falcongirl already stated that "It has nothing to do with other servers."

Tell that to all the locked discussions.

They were locked because of the topic derailing too far. Having an attitude doesn't change anything.
