I think there should be a few changes with /sr for the survival server:

I think that all players should be able to change mob spawners but it will take the $7500 away from them when they use it. Honestly it takes FOREVER to have a spawner get changed so if this wont work maybe have a little notification for staff when they get on that would be like: There are <number> spawners waiting to be changed! or somethin like that .

i just hate having to wait nearly a month and a half to get a spawner change when it should only take a week or less to get it changed 

/spawner was added two days ago which does exactly this. If you type /sr it will direct you to the new command.
