When I teleported to a fellow player, I teleported to a pulser controlling lights. When I checked who owned and was added to the plot it was only aidenateor at the time. The pulser was a decent size and when a little bit more slow than the average speed I have seen pulsers go.

Removed the pulser and banned this player. Thanks for reporting this.
