This thread is to be kept at a point of discussion for the suspected cheating/exploiting of ToxicatedMonkey.

Upon inspection of a mine that Toxic has been receiving ores from; it's apparent that the paths zig zag, and result it stopping at a certain point; either after receiving diamonds or some other cause.

It's also apparent that he has a "Kill Aura" which thus damages players at a certain radius and also gives Toxic an advantage to defeat players with not only his weaponry but this aura.

Given I have no provided evidence; I'm asking Toxicated to stand up and defend himself. I'm asking for proof that my accusations are a lie (E.G. A screenshot, since you refuse to provide ANY at any given point in time).

This discussion will be kept to a minimum of witnesses/victims to this. I will delete any posts that is rendered off-topic.

He killed me with an iron sword when I had no armor on with one hit, but I'm pretty sure he had a strength potion. I mean, I didn't see any particles, but I was too focused on the fact that I was getting killed to pay attention to that.

I don't think that was hacking.

At another point, a while back, he was attacking me, and while I was taking damage, he was not. I was told it may have been lag, but I was calling for help as it happened, and I was getting no lag. I'm not sure what happened there.

Those are the only things I can think of at the moment. I doubt I'll add more.

Jacob I don't see why you brought up toxic's mine in this :P

The reason bearing is that there's inconsistent lines being mined out and then stopped in several areas; one person doesn't stop short of a certain area only to progress to another. 

That being said; unless you had something to counterargue my accusations, please stick to only reading the thread, and don't post in it.

Kill Aura - I'm sorry? Am I that good. r34per, I killed you with an iron sword. You had no armour on and it was 3 hits I was at 4 hearts. Jacob I don't have a clue what's wrong with strip mining. It's survival, your ALLOWED to do that. I don't have any evidence nor do I need it. Idk what evidence you want me to show. So thanks.

Also, r34per. Don't bullshit about me, unless it's to my face You have been pissing me off recently and I'm sick of it so get a grip. You know I didnt 3 shot you, your armour was off.

I'm sorry but this is not even funny, I do not hack. Why would I hack? It ruins the fun of games. 

I believe you have done many things that is quite impossible without hacks.
