This is in regards the server. I'm not really upset as a whole because of it, nor am I upset at anyone in particular.

As staff, it's our job to ensure that the server and it's community is kept at a safe and clean environment. That being said; anyone who wants to disrespect players or staff on a far personal level such as calling them curse words or racial slurs are not to be tolerated. That being said, we have social spy to monitor the traffic of messages that aren't publically displayed to all players. It allows us to make sure people aren't loopholing our rules; advertising being one of the largest.

People have complained in the past about us having access to social spy. You needn't worry about what we see. Anything that is said in there isn't going to be displayed to the public, nor will it be told to any person. If we feel as though something your saying is concerning, we'll either point it out to you or PM you and talk to you about it.

There's been an influx of complaints from VIPs and Players alike that some feel as though some of the staff don't deserve their position on the roster. We pick and choose who we want on the roster based upon their potentional to go above and beyond for the server, and not only that dedicate time to ensure that you all are having fun. I know for myself, I do indeed have a temper and sometimes trying to put a workload on myself by balacing work, social habits, and this does indeed get tough, and as years come I'm going to have more to worry about.

I enjoy being a member of this server on not only a player perspective but a staff one aswell. I like being involved with the community and I want it to thrive, hopefuly turning into something amazingly big. 

I know some of you were excited about the Hunger Games Server, we all were. But when the EULA struck down, it caused Pat to adjust priorities and not only that, we also put new plugins in for Creative. This is a tedious step-by-step process and fortunately Pat's been doing an above-awesome job at working on it (we had to fire the monkies as we had to deduct some payroll. (They went on strike.))

Another thing is the plug.dj room. I don't care what you play, but for the sake of things I made Saturday a staff-only play day. I run the room and I enjoy doing so, plus it gives staff a place to chill to music and talk. 

That's all really. I mean aside from the drama which I've already talked about, this is about it.

All of the staff deserve their positions. Who insulted them?! I MUST PUMMEL THEM!!!
