On survival, I had recently bought a playershop and today when I wanted to put some more things in the shop, well, it was no where to be found. Now all of the supplies are gone and the plot no longer has the sign that states it belongs to me, but I can still build on it. What!?!? So confused, maybe someone might have an answer as to why...? The plot is -1;1 by the way.

Well, this was really unfortunate. The survival server crashed yesterday due to an unknown reason. 

I've taken steps to make sure that if such a crash would happen again, we'll lose as little data as possible. We're running full backups every 6 hours and more extensive logging.

However, this doesn't help your situation since we don't have any backups from before the crash occured. If you can remember more or less what items you had put in your shop, I'll be happy to help you get them back by hand.
