1. This player was using excessive caps while telling people to never get a dog, they suck, they're stupid, etc. Then when I told them that was mean, that I had two dogs and they were very nice, he said to let them die and give the love to cats. I felt that it offended people (and dogs) who were "dog people". They said to get cats instead because they were "so much better". I don't know if this is actually a valid reason to report someone, but I think that people were probably (even if it was only me, I apologize) offended by this.

I witnessed it.

This player apologized less than five minutes after saying these things and hasn't said anything inappropriate since. I don't think any punishment is needed in this case.
